the other thing is that I tried another long distance number and the forward worked fine. The long distance number that I need to forward to is a magic jack number maybe that is the issue.
the call forward works if I set it to forward to a local number . It gets the busy signal only when the phone is forwarded to a long distance number. this all worked fine until the sales guy done something on the phone and now its not working.
Set up the phone using Feature 4 to call forward all calls coming to the phone to an external long distance number. Set Allow redirect to Y. I also set forward on no answer to the external phone number as well as forward on busy to the external phone number.

The volume was turned down. however I was trying to turn the volume up the wrong way. I had to put call number one on hold first and then turn the volume up on the flashing line from call number two.

yeah it is set to 157 and it has 4 appearances. and the prime is set to her extension 221.
Now the issue is that when the first call comes in it will ring on her phone, but the next call will not ring her phone only it will flash one of the buttons on the phone but no ring even though it is set...

no clients are sending fax from out side, it all works but the fax line also rings on sales staff phones. If they dont pick up the phone then the fax will work but if they answear the phone the fax will not work.
