Thanks for that Belvedere. I did go through all of the extensions and trunk routes to confirm or switch on the SMDR for incoming call options. Most of the extension were already set up that way and all the trunks were. Still no Incoming call data showing up on the Call Accounting server...
There is outgoing call information getting sent to our Call accounting pc and the hotel housekeeping folks can use the room phones to change room status in the Property management system. So it is transmitting some data, just seems to not be the incoming call data. Thanks.
