I work in IT so am not really a phone guy but have some expereince on our Neax 2000 IPS PBX. We are using ProfitWatch as our Call accounting software and it is configured to recieve and process incoming call data that our PBX sends. Problem is it doesnt appear our PBX is sending the incoming call data to the call accounting software.
My question is how does one verify or start it sending the incoming call data. Also is there a database that can be accessed in Matworx that would have the incoming call data stored so I could go back through that for auditing purposes until we get the incoming call data being sent over correctly?
