I have a user who has two offices, both with CO voicemail. One office is centrex, the other is a pots line. He says when he is at office A & tries to check voicemail for office B, it does not say any messages received or stored.....when in fact there are messages. It will not even let him press...
Just for clarification...I have a branch w/ an 8x24, & am having a new fax line added to the dmarc. Fax lines do not go through the phone system correct? I can jump from dmarc straight to appropriate jack?
