I have a user who has two offices, both with CO voicemail. One office is centrex, the other is a pots line. He says when he is at office A & tries to check voicemail for office B, it does not say any messages received or stored.....when in fact there are messages. It will not even let him press 1 to listen to stored messages. This happens for each office vice versa. He has to call from his cellphone to check for new messages since that works. Any ideas?
