Thanks Dabble, I wanted to tell you that ITAS needed to get invovled and it was reallllly expensive but they actually had to access the messaging information from the server, they retrieved it and then deleted it from there.
From a user level, you cannot delete timed messages.

Once you set up a delivery option as timed for a message can you go back into call pilot - another session and delete a future timed message before the date it is scheduled to be sent
Call Pilot voice forms. After each voice response after you press the # key, you hear "recording stopped". Is there any way to eliminate this statment and just go on to the next question. I know that 2 # signs will but I am hoping there is a way to elminate it altogether. thank you
CS1000 - 1140 callers lists are showing primary and all line appearence information. I should only see the primary DN call log info not all my line appearences also right? I only recall the callers list reflecting the primary DN info. At a recent site all sets show all calls of all DN's...
they use the SDL list number when composing or sending. They cannot maintain SDL's. Users can only maintain PDL and system admin maintain SDL's. Now in 5 there are Dynamic SDL's which are set by criteria not by extensions. FYI.
