Misreporting a Virus
Have you checked the local quarantine on each workstation? I have a central quanrantine now, but previously I found that the quanratine folder was part of the full scan and so items were found in there with a virus and reported as 'left alone in quarantine'. NAV Exchange causes Outlook Synchronization to fail
Certainly have! It was something I did even before NAV for Exchange was installed. I've even tried running without background protection in NAVCE, but that made no difference either.- jamesadane

SAV 8.0 won't install on any of my win98 pcs.
I had problems with 8.1 installing to win98SE clients, despite the Symantec site saying it should install on Win98SE and above. No solution in the end except to install 7.61 on the 98 machines from the Legacy CD. Sounds like you may have a similar problem with 8.0- jamesadane

NAV Exchange causes Outlook Synchronization to fail
Server: Winnt4 SP6a, Exchange 5.5 SP4, SAV 8.1, NAV for Exchange 2.1 is how it starts. Client: Win2KPro, Outlook 2000, SAV 8.1 I've searched for a solution for about 2 years without any joy.
