The software is now access controlled by Panasonic and the distributors and only us dealers I believe can get it although I'm sure it still ships with the smaller systems like the 308 and 824.
If you're a dealer with Nimans then you can certainly get the software that way.
You can do this via interrupts. You need to use the BVM and set calls to go to an OGM first then have intercept after a set amount of time of not being answered.
If you wish the KX-TES824 to answer an unanswered call, you first have to divert it to DISA and you have to answer the caller with a message. Only this way can you use interupt to then divert the call to voicemail after a set amount of time unanswered.
