Not sure what version of Outlook you are running but is it configured to Deliver to the CallPilot Inbox Seperate from email or Email Inbox (CallPilot messages are mixed with email in box.
You can check this by looking at your callpilot Desktop Messaging Configuration and look at Mail Tab.
