Hi critchey,
Thanks for the reply,I really should of known this! but thank you for pointing it out, I will be doing this and labelling all our stock now.
Cheers
Lee.
Hi,
We have a "maintenance stock" of various IPO's mainly from so called upgrades to hosted. Most of which have had their SD cards removed.
The question is how can I find out what version they are currently running as we want to keep some on varying versions as we still have various older...
Hi t3rmey,
Thanks for taking the time to respond to me.
Yes, all setting are enabled on both IPO and router with SIP ALG off - previously used default route on IPO but now using the specific as required.
When I was looking at SSA it was at the time showing multiple trunk usage for a single...
Hi All,
I have a IPO500 on R11.0.0.3 with Gamma SIP Trunks and a Draytek router on a FTTC connection
We have had reports that no inbound calls work, so checking system status I can see for every inbound call the system reduplicates this and actually uses 4 trunks per call, resetting the system...
Hi CMUK
Interesting - I have the same issue at two sites joined by SCN, unfortunately both already on ISDN and due to port to SIP but this has been delayed due to the silent AA / VM issue and is 200 miles away, not sure if I want to risk the drive to rebuild the config as I believe its related...
Hi Intrigrant, I have only just used the timeout to loop the message as otherwise I get complete silence after the message, do I need the caller to press something to stay in a queue?
The setup is as above but with the post announcement set as "ringing".
All messages do play within a separate module
If I use a a Generic action it works but using the Menu action it does not, should I be using a menu action in this set up?
I can use the 1st Q with "Generic" then the 2nd Q with...
We have inherited as system with groups set to play 1st Queue message then the 2nd queue, however after the 1st message plays we just have silence although post announcement tone is set to ringing and the 2nd message never plays although it is ticked.
The Wav's are good as if I swap them around...
Now upgraded to 9.1 and it is working just as Okkie has described and it's very easy when you have the knowledge.
Thanks Okkie and Sizbut I really appreciate you're help and patience, you have saved me from many hours setting this up the long way.
I have now set this up on another site and it is working exactly how I want it, just you ( Okkie26) have described in his first reply.
I have copied and even exported the module from the working site to the non working site.
I have found that the $Tag option is not listed if I look in "System...
Okkie, I can't get your method to work, I am clearly missing something.
If all DDI's are routing to the same module then Transferring to $TAG how is the extension determined ?
To clarify I have a DDI pointed to VM:Routing. Then the start point plays the message then transfer to $TAG. Nothing...
Thanks All,
I now have this working as suggested, using Variable Routing ( from Telephony Actions - for those who like me are fairly new to VM Pro) with each DDI ( or at least a few for testing) listed within it then Transfer (again from Telephony Actions) to each individual extension as...
Thanks to Okkie and Sizbut, I have the DDIs that match the extension number routing successfully as you suggested.
For the non matching DDIs, can I have multiple DDIs in the test variable or do I need a Module / Test Variable for each DDI ?
Cheers, Lee.
Thank you both for you're replies,
With over 400 DDIs that do not match the extension (50 do) this was never going to a quick fix.
I have tried the $DDI but this then just sends the call out then back in on the DDI and $TAG sends the call out to line
I have set DDI 01234567890 ( user extension...
Hi All,
I have an IPO500 and VM Pro. The customer would like any user DDI's to play a message before routing to off to the user, the same message is to be played for each DDI /user.
Is this possible ? I was told we could send all calls to a module then play a message but how do I then get to...
