    Importing Outlook pst file

I am trying to import an Outlook pst file from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2002. The error I get when importing is: The file backup.pst is not a personal folders file. It looks identical to other pst files which import fine. Is it something to do with 2000, 2002 compatability?
