no we dont use t/r ports for Fax/modem. however adtran has 8 ports for fax lines and they say it will only work for fax machines and not modems.

We haven't changed it yet and still pending for local ATT to install the T1s to the premise. Switching to Telepacific.

Currently we have 24 trunk lines for PRI from line 817(T1) to 840(t24). we are changing the telco and will reduce to 16 channels.
What will I need to do for this change?
