    Thanks ShackDaddy, I will do this but after getting some more information here is what happened. The drive that the ExchSrv folder is located on was running full. Tech agent ran disk clean up and in the process may have deleted critical files from that folder. Is their any way to recover those...

    Having Exchange issues, not sure but I think a tech may have deleted Information Store mdb information. When I go into Services to try and start this process I get message : "cannot find the specified file"

    bdog2020, I left that unchecked since I thought it would ONLY allow me to view all messages in plain text. Am I correct or wrong in this assumption?

    I am using Outlook 2003 SP2 as a mail client with Exchange server. When some users receive HTML emails, Outlook converts to Plain text. I tried navigating around various options in Outlook to see if there was a way to keep messages as HTML when they are received but to no avail. Any help? Thanks.
