    I would, but I have too many outside sales reps that use our vm system that are completely dissatisfied. This seems like such a simple and obvious needed option. If anyone else has any other options please let us know.. Thanks

    Call Center Worx Connection

    Does any one know how to connect our Supervisor to the Call Center Worx MIS software, other than using PC Anywhere. The software was purchased from NEC as a complete bundle with all there server parts and accessories. Thanks for any help.

Is there a way to at least have the dterm dtr-16d phone automatically select the ext line that is programmed on the phone so that it automatically selects the line. It is very annoying to have to select the line each time you pick the handset up.. Thanks...

The problem that we are running into is that she cannot tell when one of her employees is on the line, or if the line has been placed in DND. Is there not a way to make a difference in her buttons...
