Does anyone else constantly have problems with the AD-64 Voice Mail having too many prompts when listening to VM? Since we have implemented this system almost everyone says that it takes twice as long to listen to all their vm..
Some examples include:
1) When you first log into your mail box it states you name (Can that be eliminated?? ) then "Remember for the main menu enter star, to move back a menu enter pound" (Again, can that be eliminated?? )
2) When listening to a message you cannot act on the message. You have to press 0 then the option you want for the message. Is there a way to just let the user press the desired option while listening to the message??
3) Is there a way for the VM box to sort messages by the time they were left for ALL messages. It happens when they are messages from outside callers, but when another person on the system leaves you a message it groups them separately...
4) Is there a way to set the vm system to not tell you how left the message (right now it tell the person who left the message before they even listen to the message)
Any help is once again appreciated.
