Has anybody got any clues on how I would extract a date from within a word document, where it is not necessarily a standard format.
I want to be able to extract this date and then compare it with the metadata properties (created date, modified date and accessed date).

I am new to the Accpac data structure and I am hoping to produce reports showing the movement in creditor age trial balance over a period of time (say Creditors ATB at May, April, March).

Thanks for you help but I am still struggling using crosstab reports to get it to display the names on each on an individual line.
I would have to find someway of grouping the rows to get it to do that.
Am I able to this with crosstab reports.

Thanks for the reply, but when I highlight the pivot table (the outside of the data gives a blue line) and click on the pivot table wizard, it gives me the Step 3 of 3 dialogue screen [Where do you want to put your pivot table] and the back button is greyed out.

I have built an excel (2000) spreadsheet containing 6 differently formatted pivot tables. By going data >> pivot tables >> external data >> OLAP cubes.
I want use the same spreadsheet for another SQL cube on a different data source.
Is there way to do change the SQL cube that the spreadsheet...

I have setup CE 8.0 version on a portable computer to use for demostrations. Everything works fine when it is connected to the network and the internet.
