Docs detailing table and field definitions

I am new to the Accpac data structure and I am hoping to produce reports showing the movement in creditor age trial balance over a period of time (say Creditors ATB at May, April, March).

I have a copy of the data only without the accpac applications.

Is their any good documentation which defines table structures and relationships and field definitions.

and download a html copy of thier Application Object Model.
