I got another CCF card from another provider and installed it and it corrected the problem, we are now fully operatioanal, so it was the CCF card all the time.

Ken, have tried other async port on different refurbished CCF card- still nothing coming across the link from the Octel. If there was a spike from the pbx, could it have done something to the backplane?? The engineer at Avaya seems to think the problem could be at the...
Octel 250 connected to a NEC 2400 IMX using MCI-
The integration link comes up fine, however the lights stoped working abruptly. We went through this exact same scenario August '06 and after replacing the CCF card twice (first was a dude), it fixed the problem.
Now here we are again...Checked...
This done with the Feature button. There are 4 different ring tones. Hit Feat, then 3, then the phone will start ringing. Continue to hit 3 to tab through the different tones. When you reach the one you like, hit the Feat button again.

Yes, when I go off hook on the extension and hit line one, I dial 958 which is the line id code here in Verizon territory.
Could it have something to do with the (a) line pool?

Help, I'm working with a Partner ACS 3.0 for the first time.
I'm tryint to add two new CO lines. They already have 6 lines, so these would be lines 7 and 8. Do I just plug them in or do they have to be configured somehow as well.
They want these two lines to appear on two extensions only.
