Thanks for the replies. I convinced the people to buy their daughter a new laptop. The one I was working on for them was waaaay to old for an Art Student anyways.
I want to have all incoming calls to a particular extension to be forwarded to an outside line. The outside line would be a cell phone. I know feature 4 lets you forward inside the office, but I can't figure out how to get outside the office.

I found what I was looking for. It was this:
1. At “Terminals & Sets” press NEXT until the display reads “System programming”.
2. Press SHOW. The display reads “Hunt Groups”. Press NEXT twice.

Ok. I think I found it. It's under voicemail settings (f983) and then Service Class. I was hoping that I could change all user's settings at one, but it looks like I'll have to do them individually.

We updated out our phone equipment a few months back and ever since then, the frequency of the system asking us to change our voice mail passwords has increased quite a bit. Is there a setting somewhere that will allow me to change this?

Maybe I put it under the wrong forum. We use Nortel Nortsar t7316 and M7310 phones. I thought they were on a meridian system?? Maybe not the CS1000 though??
