We have AACC-M with single Server MES - now we want to Purchase MES HA , should we Implement MES HA for AACC-M ( Without HA)
When one MES server goes down we need to manually switch over to MES Second server or this will Automatically Switch over handles AACC-M

Weare Using AACC 6.3 with AEP , All the Calls routed to AEP , AEP will Answer the Calls & route to AACC for Agent treatment
When the AEP Ports are busy the calls are Not routed to AACC for Q Ing
Is there way we can route the Calls to AACC whne the AEP ports are busy

We are using S8300D / G430 with CM 6.X, CDR was working fine , last two days CM is not sending the CDR data Call Billing Software,
When i check the RAW dat in Call Billing Software only reciving Date / Time , no dialled number , extn etc

We connected IP Phones Behind Cisco 2960 Switch , Phones come up & ask for Extension With in no time phones shows Link Down
When we see in the 2960 switch it only shows Orange Light , never becomes Green
Is any parameter needs to be changed in switch see Avaya IP Phones
