46XX Settings Country Codes

I tryed seraching for the Country code settings , i am failed then i tought somebody in thsi forum can help me
46XXSettings - country code

I am in requirment of like US-1 , UK-?? France-??? , we are implimenting Avaya server in most of the country

In the 46xxsettings.txt file, its 'SET PHNCC x'
