It was a CatOS, I tried the command and it gave the message
'Cannot change the state of the default vlan 1002 VTP V2 mode will have to be enabled in order for tr vlans to work properly, configure this vlan anyway?'
Any Ideas?
Thanks
Yeah, I'm using Uplinkfast on my access switches and its superb, I also have internal Routers on the cat55509's, with MLS enabled, their is no delay at all on the routing now, and its fairly straight forward to setup aswell.
I have a Cat5509 connected to a Cat2948G, ports 1 & 2 are port channelled as are 47 & 48. On the Cat5509 spantree says both portchannels are in forwarding, however on the 2948G spantree correctly displays that one portchannel is in blocking any ideas as to why the 5509 is not displaying the same...
I appreciate that I have connectivity if my ping is returned, but I my Inside users cannot gain access to the internet through IExplorer, The inside hosts appear as 10.180.97.13/22 on the outside interface, all other hosts on the outside, in the same network range have internet access.

Thanks for replying, I have a conduit command allowing two clients to ftp permission to the server, the fixup protocol is setup, and inside clients can connect, when I setup a replica network in a test area they connected ok, The clients through a router then through a dual nicked PC onto the...
