I have a client who doea not have a CMS printer installed. Does anyone have the UNIX commmands to install a new printer that we can default daily reports to? I have the printer name and IP address...

I have an MM set-up with an MSS / 2 MASs to a Nortel PBX. I have 46 T1-QSIG channels. I would like to set up 5-6 of those channels to be outgoing ports only so the client can run reports for outbound calls. First, how and second, can I do this for both MASs or is 1 MAS okay?

I am installing an s8500 with MM /MSS. Is there a "record-on-demand" feature that users can use to record various calls to MM with a button press? I believe there is, but I have not confirmed. Also, can we do this featyre with an IA770 too?

I don't have have the 3com hub, but I think I have everything else. I can't definitely get a hub though. I am ACA certified, but that was back in March of this year and this is my first crack at it. No pressure... Before I go after s/w loading I wanted make sure I had all my cable connections...

My first MM install (release 3.0 w/MSS) to G650. I need the physical connections layout. Is this info all in the integration notes? Do I use my switch to connect the MM's private LAN and Corporate LAN piece. I believe the corporate LAN for sure, but the private one I don't recall.
