    Queuing is already turned off. There currently is no overflow group so that timer is not in the equation. Like I said, I can watch the call in active calls on system status and I see when it stops ringing to the group and goes to the mailbox for the Main HG. Thanks for all the replies so far.

    Yeah, I've built short codes that point to the main hg mailbox and the greeting plays fine. They have analog lines hooked up to a combo card.
