Saving Mulitple Call Pilot FAX Messages

My problem is when receiving more than one FAX at a time. If I receive only one FAX, it land’s in my Call Pilot Message store as a .tif file. From there I can save it to a file, say Service Orders, no problem. If I have received 2 FAX’s for example, I can see both pages, but I cannot find a way...

What's the proper way to move phones, TN's, etc...

I started using copy because I too heard of coruption when using the move command on earlier software versions. Never had a problem with copy, but it sound's like they have corrected the problem with the move command too. That's good to know, thank's for the update.

What's the proper way to move phones, TN's, etc...

First, I agree with mluckie1, that to move the phone from point A to point B it's best to move the crossconnect. If I understand you correctly, you want to move ext. 7426 from TN 6.0.0.0 to TN 11.0.0.11. If that't correct, you can use LD 20: REQ: cpy 1 TYPE: 2009 CFTN: 6.0.0.0...

Problem with ESA and dialing 9,911 on PRI Trunks

Sorry guys, I'm new at this. Just read somthing else. Viper, your right about the RLI. Once you build an ESA block, you are telling the system that this is my emergency number and I don't care about TGAR's or NCOS's or anything else just send it. At that point the ESA block just wants to know...

Problem with ESA and dialing 9,911 on PRI Trunks

Sorry, hit the submit by mistake. The RLI is built in LD86, but 911 is done in ld 24 as ESDN.

Problem with ESA and dialing 9,911 on PRI Trunks

Try this, make your ESDN 911. In your route 31 install a dummy DMI ( one that doesn't do anything.). Now try 9911.

Forward external calls to an external #

You could "front end" your calls with Auto Att. that says If you want support "A" press 1, if you want support "B" press 2. Then have your CCR tree external transfer to the proper number.
