7222 extension assigned but wrong type for the group
when i type "list trace st 7222" - extension assigned to an object other than a station
when i type "list trace st 0" - i get 2 rows that say "time" "data" and under them i get no data

am i missing anything off because on my avaya phone when i dial extension 201 i expect for it to start dialling to my freepbx voip system via the trunk but its not (my softphone on my pc connected to the freepbx)
the avaya engineer called me back and he remoted in on my machine to help me out
he got me to "remove sig 7", couldnt do that so he then got me to "ch trunk 7" and the thing i was missing was to obviously remove the "signaling group", leave it blank and make "number of members" to 0 and then i...
can i turn it on myself, without having to call my service provider who look after our avaya system?
or
can i just make a new signaling group and new trunk group but will that cause issues?
cheers,
rob
busy sig 7" doesnt work, it straight away deletes it and puts in "busyout", so i then type in "busyout sig 7" doesnt work, i then try the full command "busyout signaling-group 7" "busy signaling-group 7" non work

i have done command "display system-parameters customer-options" and...
when you say change it to port 5060, do you mean change both ends ie near end node and far end node?
and also use tcp, do you mean instead of tls for transport method?

once i have configured both ends how can i determine if the trunk is online etc?
i will get back to you
mmm i still dont understand but i will research into it abit more
also dont i need to create a dial plan/pattern so when you press 4 digits ie 6XXX it goes to the extensions of the freepbx server via the trunk?
im stuck on the "add trunk-group 7" what do i enter in the "TAC" field?
i imagine "service type" is tie and not public-ntwrk as its not going out, ie its an internal server?
here is a list of my trunk groups atm...
