We are running into some issues related to new software installation and want to create an in-house trouble ticket so outside IT firm can troubleshoot. Does anyone know of an available template we can use or what information should be noted on the ticket?

Thank you for responding. The button is there but when you right click on it, all boxes are void of any colors and the more fill and fill effects are not accessible. I did a repair of window and that did not work. I reloaded windows and that did not work.

The "fill" colors are not displaying. No colors are shown on the template and "more" is not available. This just happened today. I have tried other documents as well with same result. Have tried to reset from selections in custom toolbar, but nothing works.

Using the Windows XP ODBC Admin tool, I am able to connect to a sample database in Peachtree’s !_PDG directory. When I try this in my own company I get a Login to screen, but it doesn't accept my Peachtree ID and password. Trying to interface this with an outside software product.

We are not hosting our own e-mail at this point. We are using the POP 3 connector on exchange. We are able to send, but no receive. All settings appear to be correct.

We just had Exchange Server 2003 installed on new network in office. We can send mail, but cannot receive. We use Verio to host our e-mail. Previously we had POP & SMTP set to "companyname.com" for both.

I checked peachtree website, but how do you know which company is the best at training? We have had some bad experiences with companies that say they are experts, but aren't.

Does anyone know if there are advanced training courses for Peachtree in N. California. We know the basics, but want to get more out of our system. We have upgraded to Peachtree Premium.
Has anyone used the e-commerce module yet with all the aps? If so, how is it working for you? We are thinking about getting it, but trying to find someone that is knowledgabe enough to install it is hard. Any ideas?
Does anyone know if Peachtree 2004 can be used on terminal services? Peachtree says it cannot, but it seems that with Windows XP, it would be possible. Has anyone tried this?
