Thanks, this works but is there a way to allow 911 call to go thru without having to put them on a system list? My feature access code is to dial out is '9' and I get waveoff tone as soon as I dial 9 even though it is set in the ARS as call type "svcl"

I have a G3rV10 not showing Caller ID on a ISDN/PRI. AT&T says they are sending caller ID. The name of the trunk group is displayed on the phone. I have a MCI trunkgroup setup the same way and it does show caller ID. Is there something different to setup since it comes from AT&T?

Does anybody know how to administer the domain control for hunt groups. I need to enter the extension of my AdjLink station for some of my hunt groups and I not sure where that is done. i.e. Definty or CVCT Server or MAP D board.
The G3R is a R10 and CVCT is R11.1

We have a growing call center and as we hire more agents the calls are getting tougher to hear. All of our calls come in as Trunk-to-trunk transfers and I have maxed the volume on the sets. Is there any other setting in the Definity to increase volume to the sets?
