I'm on Windows XP Pro SP2, using Foxit Reader 2.0. I am trying to print a normal .pdf to a Lexmark C530 printer, but when I do, I get one page with this text on it:

What gives?
I'm using MS SQL Server 2000 SP4 on Windows XP SP2.
Steps:
- Open SQL Enterprise Manager.
- Navigate to the Data Transformation Services > Local Packages folder.
- Open an existing DTS package.
What I get:
A bunch of flashing "Preparing to install..." boxes, but only the first time I open the...
We have CRM 3.0 integrated with Outlook, and I don't care for it. (Partly I want to keep CRM in MSIE, and partly I'm trying to do testing, and until I can get more memory to keep VMWare running, my computer is it.)
Currently, I'm investigating the Assigned queue area, and I have some questions...
Someone should write up a "Linking things to cases" techdoc for here, but I'm not that person.
Sometimes I'll take a call and complete it, only to realise afterwards that it belongs with a case. How would I go about linking a completed activity (completed phone call, sent email) to a case?
I'm using IP Office v4.0.5 and DeltaServer v5.2.9.
I hadn't thought of the .csv part. When I opened the SMDR file in a text editor, it still displays '1899/12/30 00:00:00'.
(I'm new to this Avaya thing, so there may be important info missing here.)
I'm looking through our SMDR logfiles, and for some reason, about 130 out of 430 records have a 'Call Start' value of '1899/12/30 00:00:00'. Direction, internal/external, who was on the phone, and duration do not...

We're using CRM 3.0. When I go to Contact, then to History under Details, it lists the Actual End field. However, it only lists the date, even though ActualEnd is a datetime field.
Is there any way to get it to display the date and the time?
Well, right, but I want this email to go out to a list of recipients, that list being found in the results of a query. So I run this query (sample):
SELECT EmailAddress
FROM Contacts
WHERE HasBeenEmailed = 0
I get 5 emails in a query grid as a result. I want to send on email to each of these...
I'm trying to set up a query, where it returns a list of email addresses, and SQL sends a form letter to each address. I don't know how to do that, though, or whether it's even possible.
Help!
I have 8 packages that copy data using a query from MS SQL 2000 on machine 1 to MS SQL 2005 on machine 2. My package creation steps:
- Select the MS SQL 2000 server name, use server authentication, and select the db.
- Select local, use Windows authentication, and select the db.
- I write a...
No, that doesn't return anything useful to me. When I run it, I get tables like 'spt_monitor' and 'spt_fallback_dev'. The tables I'm looking for have names like 'ContactBase' and 'SystemUserRoles' and the like.
I am trying to make a sort of database map, listing what fields connect to what other fields, what certain fields even do, things like that. (For info's sake, I'm working with MS CRM, using SQL Server 2005.)
I want to export the list of tables (since there are ~350 tables). Ideally, I'd love to...
