we have an old P4 with XP pro on the current IP403...
this runs IP Admin and our wallboard Telestat 7 software.
is the idea to ditch windows and load Linux so we get the "Avaya has the Linux apps for this - free of charge
so i just google a load of ^&*%* #irony......

The IP500 comes with 2ch VM but whats required to give the client - Avaya Callback Assist ?

I have a new problem with a door intercom... all the above works OK with this one but when the extension hangs up the DOORINTERCOM does not and so the intercom speaker hummms with a time out tone.....

ok - working on ext 206 so now changing it to a hunt group. will setup new hunt group called door, link in the extensions required and give the group an ext No 400. then ref the hunt group ext No as before :
