Issues with the Cheyenne Alert Notification Server service

Invalid or non-existing document
I have seen this too in Lotus Notes R5 when clicking a link that is supposed to bring up a form. It says "Invalid or non-existing document" but I can go to another view and bring the form up there. This happens every now and then, but usually if I close Notes and come back, it I can... -
