i found that deepfreeze works pretty well...question i have with that product is how does it work. I got in contact with them and the sales rep said that it's a closely guarded secret that they don't even know.

they got admin privileges because some of the training include installing softwares. I will look into this deepfreeze software. Thanks for the input.

the PCs at the branch office are used for training purposes and new students are using it every week. They have admin. privileges on them so sometimes students will install uneccessary apps. on them.

I work for a company that has serveral branch offices with PCs that ideally would need be re-image every week. The people at the branch office are not technical savvy, so they're cannot do it. Is there any software that can automate or remotely re-image a PC?

I noticed that in the code you're given...the vlans are 11 and 12. Couldn't I just place use the native vlan and add vlan 2?
