I can also suppress the columns based on a parameter which tells if the user wants to export the report or not.

Crystal Reports 2008 + Oracle
I need to be able to export fields that are not shown in my report. Any tips on how I can do this ?
I have tried to suppress the field, but then it (of course ) does not show either on the report or in the excel-export.
I also tried to set the font color...
The procedure creates and poulates a temp table which is deleted at the end. Havent tried to execute it in SQL+ on the 9.0.2 version.

No, I did not create a new report. The db name and structure is identical for both versions of Oracle.
The permissions and user is also the same.

I have a subreport which shows the invoiceno. related to a purchase order in the main report. Everything works fine, except I want the data in the subreport to be printed like this 1223, 234, 546, instead of

Ideally I want to save the .doc file in the database as an BLOB and use this field in the subreport. Then it will be easy to change the .doc file without having to change the report. Have tried - but the BLOB field comes out blank. Must have something to do...

I'm trying to link a .doc file to a report. What I want is that when a condition is true, the .doc file will be printed at the end of my report.
I've tried to insert the .doc file as an OLE-object in a subreport, but then I only get out the first page.
Any tips ? I'm stuck!
