    To be honest I don't understand your question. Normally an AM3000 is an add-on processor for the CPU. So this is used for pbxs with very very heavy traffic and maybe for big callcenters. In standard installations you will not need it.

    When using a telnet session you don't have mml available. You have to use SMPC or OM-Terminal from Mgmt@Net. To get a connection via IP you must have a CPU3000 with a valid IP-Address (check with DITCPC). Then you must use OM-commands CHPROF and CHIPPR to define a profil. Hope this helps you!
