You can get Erlang values for a route via the TR commands. If you are looking for CDR information you will need to have this set up via a SIU card or on the NIU card. This can then be logged. Connectios is through V24 interface. Cheers

If you get an old PC and wipe the disk. Load linux on it. There's a small program called 'ttywatch' that logs from the serial port. Simple to configure. It can log a file for each day automatically. Put the PC on the LAN and you have ftp access to the logs. It's not as much trouble as it sounds.

I have found that the alapi command does not always output alarms (some CLASS 4) in BC9. All alarm classes are set for output. Yet when you print allip the alarm is there. alhbi & alapi are not commands that many people use so it doesn't surprise me that these faults have gone unnoticed for so long.
