Good afternoon,
How can obtain information about incoming traffic. How can obtain the log for incoming numbers. It's necesary a specific boards?
Many thank's.

You can get Erlang values for a route via the TR commands.

If you are looking for CDR information you will need to have this set up via a SIU card or on the NIU card.
This can then be logged. Connectios is through V24 interface.

Cheers

In case you want the incoming calls to apper also in the CDRs you receive from you pbx you need to set the dial and orig and time parameter to all in the clodi command.
example : clodi:file=test;
this is enough.
this should be the only clodi initiated for this connection. Otherwise only outgoing calls will appear on CDRs.
Hope this helps you.

Thank's for yours response. So, can I get ID from external numbers who call me? For FILE is need a special FORM?
Best regards

In case of incoming calls you can get the a-number only if you are using ISDN connection to the PSTN as you propably know.
As far as the form is concerned I always use form 2 and it does the trick.
I think all form thou include the a-number field.
