Customer complaining about the feature as they have lync and don't want the ugly avaya IM feature.
Any ideas?
also they keep getting logged off of the software- has anyone seen this before? 7-8 times a day they have to log in again to get it working.
Has anyone configured one-x mobile preferred (VOIP) through a session border controller?
we are having trouble designing it or finding anyone that has done it online.
Thanks
I've deployed an spa 122 before but this one is acting differently today- or maybe i did something special but forgot what it was!
I'm getting this in trace: (Running R9 Server edition)

Recently ignited Server Edition R9.0.0 without any user/group or even line config on it, just been racked and put on network.
Even when plugged directly into LAN1 or LAN2, I can only PING the system, manager won't find it, the system isn't giving out DHCP to phones either..

Hi,
IP Office Server edition on latest R9 Release, client is using Lync 2013 add-in, they're dialling from outlook, this works fine, however a lot of their numbers are stored like- (0) 20 8600 3865 or for international dialling it's (0) 353 384 and so on, when the client clicks to dial these...
We're doing this today, and think it should do the trick, thanks for confirming our suspicions!
Any way to clear the repository? our reseller has had the same problem with 'Update available' - any way to clear the repository??
Hi,
IP Office Server Edition (Virtualised) running on 9.0.300-941
After installing virtualised server edition for the first time, we had to upgrade to the latest 9 release (client wanted Lync 2013 integration) This was working fine and Lync 2013 integration worked seamlessly- other than...
After setting up a Grandstream we tested it with a standard analogue test phone, all worked perfectly.
However when we plugged the Polycom unit into this (standard analogue conf device), about 60% of the time when receiving a call, there was a loud error tone (much like drilling into a wall)...
Sorry, I was on site..
Basically it's been upgraded to V 8.1 recently which did not fix the problem.
About once a month around 15 users lose voicemail features and when you look at the users on the Voicemail Pro, the service is disabled- to fix this i right click and enable mailbox and it...
Voicemails within the same company stop working on their own- this can be fixed by logging onto Voicemail Pro and re-enabling manually.
This is easy to fix but the customer wants to know why it is happening- I don't think it's user error on the handset because of the amount of users effected...
thanks, but this is already in action, however we have still experienced this different type of fraud- phones dialing out by themselves.. all the systems that were hacked have been previously locked down in this way other than extension passcodes- i can't believe that is how we've been hacked...
I work for an ISP and we've had a lot of fraud over the christmas period- the usual dialing in on an external IP, creating extensions and dialing internationally- and we know how to avoid this and we have had a system lockdown.
However we've now experienced a new type of fraud that I'm not sure...
