Voicemail Disabling on VM Pro

Voicemails within the same company stop working on their own- this can be fixed by logging onto Voicemail Pro and re-enabling manually.

This is easy to fix but the customer wants to know why it is happening- I don't think it's user error on the handset because of the amount of users effected.

Anyone seen this before?

Be more descriptive like what versions involved, what is exactly the problem and what did you do to investigiate.
 
Sorry, I was on site..

Basically it's been upgraded to V 8.1 recently which did not fix the problem.

About once a month around 15 users lose voicemail features and when you look at the users on the Voicemail Pro, the service is disabled- to fix this i right click and enable mailbox and it begins working.

However this happens quite regularly now.
