    found my answer.. incase anyone is wondering.. the answer is NO if you running h.323, you can block incoming numbers based on CLID. running MGCP on the gateway will not work.

    sorry.. for reports? after "X" number of rings, normally, the call is put to "not ready." With the change, if the call is transferred to an agent, and the agent does not take the call. Does the caller go back into the queue, or does it continously ring the set? if it does go back to the queue...

    jneiberger thanks man. I read the cisco doc and couldn't find any info regarding incoming calls during a normal operation. (only SRST mode) Is hardware redundancy recommended?

    for my SRST site, i want to still recieve PSTN calls whether or not my WAN links are available. (sort like a stand alone CME) Have my PRI's direct connected to my gateways. (SRST is new to me....)

    Hi, i got a CCM3.3 with PRIs on a 3725gw and i want to block a certain phone number from entering the CCM. MGCP is enable and i'm wondering if i were to use dial-peer commands below, will it work? I'm thinking not, because of MGCP is taking over the PRI voice translation-rule 1 rule 1 reject...
