hi i am using CallPilot Manager version 02.01.27.05. I want to restrict the ability for calls to be from callpilot out to the PSTN both local and international. How do i do this, i suspect i am experiencing toll fraud.

to get an outside line we dial "9" the the 7 digit number. We have recently had local 7 digit numbers beginning with "9" example 976-2376.
when dialing 9 976-2376 the pbx gives a fast busy signal after 9 97. how can we fix this?
