I have a 7310 phone (extension 227) that was unplugged for a few minutes. When we plugged it back in it became 228 and we cannot figure out how to revert it back to 227. Any ideas?

Forgive me but if mulitple stations cant handle 3 little lines then thats funny!!!.
Actually, only one person of the multiples answers the main line... It is a clinic and everyone else sees patients or has management duties.

Newbie here...
I have three incoming lines and multiple stations. Three of the stations are in a hunt group that rings when someone selects a particular number from the calling tree. If no one answers the call after 5 rings, it dumps into a general...
I guess then x221 cannot have its own mbox, since when I try to admin change the Ext: it says "Ext Assigned". Maybe I need to install another set up front just for catching HG290 voicemails.
What would truly be better is if there is a message in the HG290 mailbox that notification would go to...
Gen Dev is off. I guess I'm missing some important thing. 21 is in HG290 along with 226 and 227. I think I have it set to notify 221 when there is a message in 290's box, but it doesn't seem to be going. The Admin setting doesn't allow for IC, just LINE and POOL.
I'm quite the newbie here...
Does the Admin setting the mbox outdial affect the off prem msg notification set from the mbox login? I have it set to "none" in Admin and to "Ext 221" in mbox login.
Now one more thing in relation to Hunt Groups. I noticed that a group number will simply ring. I'd like for the call to drop into a VM box if it is not answered after a few rings. Can I work an HG ext just like I do any other?

All of a sudden our Caller ID is not displaying. I verified that each set is configured for it (Terminals&sets->Telcofeatrs-->Called ID.)
Is there something I messed up along the way? Does the AA or the CCR have a Caller ID setting?
I can get the different greeting after hours, but can I get a different CCR tree? I don't want the main menu playing when it is outside business hours. I want another tree to be used. Is this possible, or am I barking up a non-existent tree?
Thanks to MikeD for showing me my error! Turns out I thought I had indeed set it for x290... but I forgot to disable the CCR tree when I changed the path... sure enough it was still set to x221! I went back, disabled the tree, re-set Path 1, re-enabled the tree, and voila! It works.
Here is what's weird... and I honestly don't know how to fix it.
ALL sets in the system are set "Appear Only". All menu items that point to a direct extension work fine, and the appropriate set rings. Ext 227 for some reason rings when and outside call is coming in, despite it being set as...
