Thanks for the help i ended up just moving every one to the Mike user rights and remade the different button addressing and it works. just seems odd that it stopped working in the 1st place.

i may have the name wrong but i did have our office system setup with what i believe was OxP. I stopped using it a long while ago when the pc running it died and with it the installer file on that computer. It was a web based application like phone manager that i am thinking of.
