    inter-Vlan routing not working on 3550 switch

    Remove those access list not sure what you are trying to accomplish with them. Test Setup a constant ping from one of the PCs that do not work to the firewall. While the ping is running do a show access-list on the switch to see if you are incramenting hits on one of them.
