Doc, it does say "verifying user name and password" before I get the 721 modem error... I also recorded the log on the modem at the switch U.S. Robotics and it says AT#CLS=? command not supported in the log... I've also heard that 721 errors can come from modem drivers not compatible with XP so...

Thanks Doc :)... I com from the Mitel & NEC world and that dial up use a GUI, is the same true for the Callpilot or is it a hyperterm interface (CLI)?

My company doesn't allow web access to our callpilot system and so when I'm remote I can't reset user passwords; is there anyway I can call the system and reset mailbox passwords like through an admin mailbox like other systems have?
