How do I reset an M7324 (or M7310)?

Thanks for all of the input. Not sure about the F*1 solution, because that's documented to program an outside autodial onto a memory button. We don't have any M7100s or M7208s either, but will purchase a couple and try it. How about plugging in a FastRad? Would that have the same effect?

How do I reset an M7324 (or M7310)?

Is there a way to erase all of the programming on the set itself, and restore it to 'factory defaults'? I assume that there is a factory default configuration - Line1 would appear on a specific button, and so on. I am not talking about resetting the KSU itself; I know how to do that.

    IP Phone - Invalid version

Good luck on this one: I have been waiting for over a year for Avaya to either tell me that you can or can't downgrade the firmware on the 4602. One would think that there must be a way to force it to take any arbitrary bin file, or reset it back to some base level. Otherwise, how would you...

Firmware Downgrade for 4600 IP Phones?

Thanks for the suggestion, but I have read this document previously, and while there is mention of the downgrade procedure for the 4630 set, it doesn't work for the 4602 - I tried it. I am getting this information on page 26 of the Installation Guide Rel 2.1. Maybe I missed it elsewhere?

Firmware Downgrade for 4600 IP Phones?

Is there a procedure to apply a previous firmware/software load to the 46xx series of IP phones? (specifically 4602SW). The upgrade procedure is an interesting one for students, but once the phone is upgraded, unless it can be rolled back, it can't be done again. Can't have an unlimited supply...

Firmware upgrade for 46xx IP Phones - Ver. 2.1.1

I have a legitimate reason to want to downgrade the software load on the 4602SW IP Phones, since then I can get my students to practice the upgrade procedure. Otherwise, once the phone is upgraded, it is useless for the procedure, and having an endless supply of them is financially unfeasible...
