Take a look at Mitel; from an applications standpoint its the most bang for your buck and is much easier to implement than those you mentioned besides being the most cost effective.

yes, check out www.prairiefyre.com; it does not integrate with Nortel but you could replace the Nortel with a Mitel 3300 and re-use the Nortel sets for a cost-effective, all encompassing, call center application.
