Does anyone know of a generic open-source Call Detail Recorder? It does not need any sort of GUI, just a way to collect entries from my Avaya IP406 and make some sort of database or text file.

You should post this in the IP Office forum. The delta server that comes with the IPO can do this for you. You can have it log to a file and then open the file with Excel. Try reposting in the IPO forum

Thank you! Delta Server does exactly what I need.

Try It is actually a call recording/quality assurance SW but it is a modular application on SQL server so it will enable this application for you, and its much cheaper than NICE or Witness. Check out their web.

Not witness any more they are now VERINT.

When I was born I was so suprised I didn't talk for 18 months
