Symposium Call Center Alternatives

Can anyone offer any suggestions to other call center software systems for Nortel (Option 81C) instead of Symposium? We also have predictive dialer and IVR systems and we'd like to switch to something that will incorporate all of these into one.

it does not integrate with Nortel but you could replace the Nortel with a Mitel 3300 and re-use the Nortel sets for a cost-effective, all encompassing, call center application.
