Background: We are using an MD110, BC12 SP11. Help about group hunts in fix remote environment

Ok. Thanks for that. I just tried it and it works perfektely. However the distribution on incoming calls could be more democratic, but the idea works anyway. Can you have more than 10 positions in the PELPI? /AL

    Problems with welcome announcements

I think I've got this right now... The problem seem to be a conflict between the two VSID... as these cards are dynamic I can (but shouldn't) define messages on the first card with identity higher than 20 as messages 21 and above are supposed to be found on the second card. As you asked...

Analogue and ISDN lines are busy

I recently talked to a technician that said: "restarting the program unit that is handling the generic extensions will solve the problem" - how can this be done? And secondly - how can this be done without having to interrupt any "real" ongoing calls? /ARON

Analogue and ISDN lines are busy

I have a problem with continously busy analogue and ISDN lines coming in to the R1 no in the PBX. I have checked the A-numbers and all that - and it looks very much ok. The lines should not be busy - as I know that the phones is "on the hook". But no one can either call the extetion och call...
