Hi all!

Having trouble again - but this time with welcome announcements. Acuallty I find these announcements annoying- but we are running a small experiment to see if we can get rid of some unwanted calls.

Here's my problem:
I've tried to set up an announcement on a corg like this:
ragai:corg=38,welcom=4,queue=1,repque=2;
but it seems like it doesn't work at all.

We use queue and repque on all our corgs - but want to test the welcom=4 on this perticular corg. But when adding a welcom=4, welcome nor the queue nor the repque works.

Is there a parameter that needs to be set so something in this specific corg, for using the welcom?

Thanks in advance...

/ARON

I think I've got this right now... The problem seem to be a conflict between the two VSID... as these cards are dynamic I can (but shouldn't) define messages on the first card with identity higher than 20 as messages 21 and above are supposed to be found on the second card.

As you asked: VERSION=CXP1010105/2/BC12SP11/R8A

that was going to be my second question : does the message exist on the VSU?

so I suppose everything works now?

well. It got this part right anyway. The correct reference in the corg - but the welcom-message doesn't seem to be activated anyway. The right queue and reque are played.

Is there a parameter which need to be acivated as well - or is it the setup itself that is causing this trouble?
